Can I request a specific therapist?
Yes. You can select your preferred therapist when filling in the booking form. Requests are subject to availability.
What should I do to prepare for my massage?
Just make sure there is enough space for the therapist to work comfortably. A bedroom or living room is usually perfect. You do not need to provide anything – your therapist brings everything needed for the session.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We ask for at least a few hours notice. Last minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee to cover therapist travel costs and lost time.
